With over 17 years of teaching, research and supervision experience across undergraduate, postgraduate, PhD, Foundation Year and Graduate Diploma levels, I bring extensive academic knowledge and professional insight to Sheffield Business School. My teaching includes international work with TARC and Erasmus in Germany, alongside consistently strong student engagement and nominations for inspirational teaching awards.
I have more than 29 years of combined academic and industry experience in international business management. Across private and public-sector roles, I have developed academic leadership, research, stakeholder management and practical business skills.
My multinational, multicultural and multilingual background spans the UK and Europe, Russia, Ukraine and Ethiopia. These experiences have strengthened my resilience, adaptability and cross-cultural leadership. I remain motivated by new challenges and opportunities to advance my teaching, research and contribution to higher education.
