About Me

With over 16 years of teaching, research, and supervision experience across undergraduate, postgraduate, PhD, and foundation levels, I bring a wealth of academic and practical expertise to Sheffield Business School.

I also possess over 28 years of combined academic and industry experience in international business management. My multinational, multicultural, and multilingual background spanning the UK/Europe, Russia, Ukraine, and Ethiopia has equipped me with exceptional resilience, adaptability, and cross-cultural leadership skills.

I am passionate about supporting ethnic minority businesses and exploring the challenges and opportunities they face. I am currently aspiring to an Associate Professorship to further advance my contributions to teaching and research.
